The basic idea of the „free-learning-societies“ project is to start the improvement of our personal, national and global situations in the center of our life, in our social systems.
The basic idea of the Ecooperative Parliament is to create something as the United People, connecting human beings, initiatives and social movements in a sustainable way, intensifying discussions and cooperations.

FREE OF destroying the potential of our youth by reducing human beings to functional parts of a profitmaximizing production process and stimulus directed consumers. Free of opressing and exploiting the majority by a few. Free of killing our planet,
FREE FOR learning to think and to act in an eco(logic-co)operative way: Getting helpful insights, cooperating instead of competing, not repeating mistakes, adapting to changing situations and building ecooperative islands in the non-democratic, neoliberal distinction of the destructive capitalistic system of today. Demanding the replacement of this system by an Ecooperative Society - to the benefit of all.

This process can be started in an act of selfempowerment in all kind of social systems: Kindergartens, Schools, Universities, Adults Education, Health Care and other Public Services and Institutions, NGOs, political parties, Unions, capitalbased and cooperative Companies, Private Systems, Cities and Countries.
Initiating selforganized „freels“ groups and getting individual Members of the Ecooperative Parliament. Small systems like families will declare themselves from the beginning for a „free-lear-ning-society“. In greater systems it will last mostly longer until the whole system agrees in this way.

The transnational Ecooperative Online Parliament unites people, initiatives and movements, who work for a better world. The Ecooperative Parliament stimulates critical discussions and coopera-tions and the developement and realization of ecooperative alternatives: Changing what's changable, fighting intelligent for justice and being sensible for opportunities of change.
Everybody who commits to an Ecooperative Society gets automatically Member of the Ecoope-rative Parliament. It is a low-threshold entry tool, allowing everybody to join the project anytime from everywhere. The more people get MEPs, the faster the Ecooperative Parliament can help to build up the growing social power, we need for the realization of our believes and demands.

„As by the constitution authorized Sovereign of Our Society I demand to set-by-law and promote „free learning“ as a basic means for the replacement of the non-democratic, neoliberal distinction of the destructive capitalistic system of today.by an Eco(logic-co)operative Society and the realization of all necessary changes rendering possible such a change.
I will contribute myself to the developement of a society, which supports and awards people to be able to think and to act / self responsible / - ressources-, environmentlife- and self-protecting, - emanzipated cooperative, respecting/esteeming/forgiving - basedemocracyoriented deciding and delegating - anti rassistic creating equal rigths eliminating injustice - social, solidaric, intrinsic (de-economized) motivated - empathic selfdetermined/encouraging/supporting/inspiring/teasing/amusing - anti-sexistic, wellbeing-, reasonability-, sufficiency- and peaceoriented.
I demand the realization of Alternative Concepts, supporting the developement of such a society. Especially concerning education, economy, information, democracy, health care., social justice and security, ecology and peace.“
This principles of an Ecooperative Society are the result of a long lasting field research. They could function as a centering power, coordinating the various ideas, projects and demands, allowing all „freels“ - following the over all principle self responsability - to work autonomously without endangering the common project. If „free-learning-societies", groups or Parliamentarians offend against basic principles the project cannot be called to account. Because selfresponsability is clearly declared as the over all principle.
The principles of the Ecooperative Society contains nothing new. They focus on what responsible people agree in - instead of struggeling for personal or institutional advantages or vanities. They can be useful for critisim and perspectives debates, projects and papers.

Get Member of the Ecooperative Parliament by committing at www.freels.biz. 2. Discuss the idea in your social systems and movements. 3. Initiate a freels group. 4. organize Information evenings, Presentations. Workshops, Lec-tures, Seminars. Contact potential initiators of „free-learning-societies“ as Universities, Schools, Unions, Social Movements and others. Initiate Field Research Projects. 5. Become a member of the project coordination group.

Students, teachers and freelsfighters of participating Universities, Schools, Kindergartens, Adult Education and other systems organize „free-learning-societies“ workshops for everybody, bringing discussions and working on the change of our personal and common situation directly into the daily life of people. Creating contacts between the organizing Institutions and public, students, pupils, teachers, working and retired people - integrating human beings of all social and ethnic anticedents. This will improve the coherence of our society and the ability of people to fight together for an Ecooperative Society as an adequate answer to the destructive system of today.

Calling for accountability at all curricula because of conveying necessary academical social and political competence for society developement. Ideas of possible content: Creating space and stimulate for participating in society development - i.e. by reading- and discussion circles. Inside Information, Discussion and Communication based on an individual code of contact. reflection, clarification, specification and adaption of the Commitment for an Ecooperative Society permanent Critisism and Perspectives Debate. Defining free learning. Excurses, Questions, Findings, Perspectives and Options of Activities on culture and society, democracy, ecology, economy, learning and other public services, peace, social justice and security, cross-section-topics like work, feminism and basic rights (sections according to the altermondialismus concept of attac france) Inputs: existing critical analyses, concepts and demands. participating in the Ecooperative Online Parliament on a permanent debate and opinion collecting on critisisms and alternatves, creating contacts, supporting petitions and facilitating direct democracy participation. organizing Creative Critical Learning. Developing effective Strategies of Change based on a critical empathic contact with existing destructive situations Agenda of the Month Which Activities have the best chances for success? Which ones to start this month? Which ones as the next ones? Which ones later? Public Information, Discussion and Communication Networking/Linking/Cooperating. Changing legal framework, structures and organizing support for necessary changes . Organizing and maintaining people, rooms, equipement, internet support, budget.
